Our Story

Axiom Coaching, Inc. is a privately held, consulting firm located in Buffalo, New York. Since our start in 2014, we have helped small to mid-sized companies discover where they are and help them address and correct their issues to move them forward. By doing so, we have helped these companies succeed in the global marketplace by providing customized leadership support, fractional support, engineering, quality and regulatory solutions. We help ensure that our clients' customer specifications are met by augmenting existing capabilities with our expertise and engineered controls.

As the founder of Axiom Coaching, Steve leverages his extensive experience to assist businesses in becoming more efficient, developing robust systems, restructuring organizations, and enhancing leadership teams.
